Check the exact contemporary programme rather than choosing a room around an older Andalusia-only itinerary.

On current routes, that regional context reaches beyond Andalusia, so it is more useful to follow the actual day-by-day menu programme than to expect every meal to represent one province.
Allow for dining and guided visits to structure much of the day. A relaxed drink in the bar or tea room is a different experience from a principal included meal, and beverage terms should be checked separately. Explain dietary needs early enough for outside restaurants to respond. The heritage setting rewards smart, comfortable clothing, but formal evening dress should not be assumed solely because the salons date from an earlier era.

Review the actual meeting location, boarding station and coach transfers; the Madrid-end arrangements can include Aranjuez. Compare bed dimensions and cabin space before choosing a category. Build additional time around Seville or Madrid if you want independent sightseeing, and request confirmation of excursions and any specific monument that is central to your plans.
