How to plan this journey well

Choose a one-way journey or roundtrip before arranging hotels, and obtain the confirmed departure station and transfer plan for your date. The published roundtrip uses Poroy, outside central Cusco, but seasonal operations can differ. Carry your passport and pack lightly: Belmond specifies one hand-luggage item up to 5 kg. Ask which Machu Picchu entrance and guided visit are included, and allow room around the itinerary for railway changes.
